Find Lowest Journey Time

Universal Policy next finds the lowest journey time value for each leg in the route / leg list. It loops through all the price points / flight options, finds the travel time associated with each option, and saves the lowest value found for each leg. The lowest journey time processing uses the travel times associated with each option.
